Kids yoga camps in June & July at The Academy of the Holy Names

Karamia Yoga welcomes kiddos in grades K-5. Every class creates a safe space for students to feel seen, heard, and loved. The lessons provide students the opportunity to share what is on their mind, and will allow students to express their authentic self in a playful and pure way. Your kiddo will better understand their brain, body, and emotions through breathing exercises, self-reflection, movement, crafts, games, and relaxation! We become a little yoga family by the end of each class and program.
